Returns & Exchanges

At Vinegar Syndrome, we strive for perfection in every restoration, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that opened media items are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return authorization.

    Provide Documentation

    For damaged goods or disc playback issues, please include clear photos or a short video clip demonstrating the defect for our archive team to review.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original mailer or a sturdy box to ensure it is not further damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Receive Replacement

    After we receive and inspect your return, we will ship out a replacement copy or issue a store credit according to your preference and current stock availability.
